Our Journey
Together we realise your ambitions!
As your coach, I am straightforward and direct. I suggest possible routes and point out the different directions. I will accompany you on your journey, but you are in charge, you are the captain of your own ship.
As an executive and leadership coach, I help entrepreneurs, leaders and teams to develop and achieve their goals. This is a two-way collaboration!
Our joint journey will consist of:
- Ongoing, regular, confidential meetings (duration > 6 months)
And is aimed at:
- Helping you to understand how to do your job more efficiently
- Helping to improve your leadership skills
- Assessing your current effectiveness as a leader
- Using data from assessment and feedback tools
- Relationship between challenge and support
- Building on strengths + managing weaknesses
- Aiming for behavioural change and increasing personal maturity and wisdom
You are the captain
From my experience as an entrepreneur and coach, I can point out possible risks or dangers and suggest alternatives to avoid mistakes. Let's try to manage change and make sure that all the current challenges around us, which are many, are dealt with as well as possible. As your coach, I will ask you many questions and listen carefully to your answers. I'll try to broaden your horizons.

You determine your destination. I won't offer you a road map, but I will act as a compass, pointing out possible directions.
The Direction
In our coaching process we explore your talents and your aspirations. You are largely responsible for the enjoyment you get out of the things you do, so let's make sure you don't lose your fun, and let's take care of your work-life balance.
